Rational
Pitch
The intent is to create info-graphics for Graphic Design of the past century, and present this history using digital motion posters.

Motion Posters
Motion Posters have been used in theatres & online promotion of Movies and TV shows, most comprising of elaborate and/or subtle motion. Presenting & adapting these design trends as motion posters would prove visually pleasing, while providing an animated example of the aesthetic to help understand its characteristics.

Format
The 20 total Motion Posters (4 per trend) would be uploaded to Instagram as a social media campaign.

Demographic
Intended for an inherently younger audience due to Instagram’s demographic, while being an  effective reference to design students; it can also be the instigator for people passively interested in design, to possibly delve deeper on their own. International Students would likewise benefit, as the info-graphics would be more visual and motion focused than text based.

This project served as a way to go back to designing as a hobby, while learning more about the different design trends not utilized or taught today. The project also served as an excuse to learn more about design while practicing my design & animation skills.
